Hello everybody, here’s another fine example of the ultimate camp mobile. This
Westfalia is the deluxe model with a built-in propane stove, sink with electric pump
and water reservoir, and electric refrigerator. It has room “upstairs” for two adults
and two more on the fold-out bench seat. Talk about comfy cozy!
This van was painted Dakota Beige before I bought it and shows no signs of rust
or major repair. It looks like they just freshened it up and even painted over a few
dents. I did have one of the heads replaced so now it runs like new. The interior is
the original retro plaid and looks just too cool. The pop-top is a little worn, so I’m
including a brand new one with directions for installing it.
This van also has factory air conditioning installed, but is missing the compressor.
I don’t think that it would be too difficult or expensive to get it working again. This
bus is a blast to drive and looks great rolling down the highway. You’ll enjoy many
quite hours getting back to nature or listening to waves break on a near by beach.
