Oh my what a beauty...

This is an absolutely beautiful van. With its new two tone paint, and custom
new interior it commands attention everywhere it goes. Powered by a
rebuilt 1.8 litre engine this bus is a dream to drive. It is the rare
weekender edition with a factory fold out bed. Minimum cabinets makes
this van much roomier than your standard Westy, yet still practical for
sleeping or transporting up to five people comfortably with seat belts. The
fold out table and hard to find original stool adds much versatility to this
already unique vehicle. Along with the way too cool, retro wooden roof
rack and camping equipment you're ready to hit the road...

Here's some highlights:

  • Rebuilt 1.8 litre engine with 125 pounds compression on all four
cylinders with less than 20,000 miles on it. Unfortunately, I did not
receive the paperwork from the previous owner.
  • Engine just had a major tune-up including new plugs, distributor cap
points, condenser, and ignition wires It also has a newer Weber
progressive carburetor with a like new German exhaust that sounds
    exceptionally quiet.
  • Straight, exceptionally rust free body with new two-tone turquoise
blue and creamy white paint sets this van apart.
  • Very comfortable re-upholstered front seats. Back bench seat and
rear cushion have been redone in the original looking mustard color
vinyl.  This and the original stool all gives it that wonderful retro
look. Not to mention the color coordinated curtains.
  • New Face-off Kenwood CD player and front speakers with Aux output
    for you I-Pod
  • New windshield, with new seal, and wipers.
  • New tires with custom beauty rings.
  • New rear tail light lenses, housings, and side markers.
  • New customs spare tire cover and extra spare tire in the back.
  • New retro roof rack adds class and style.
  • Sweet custom side step, hides away when not in use.
  • Original flooring in camper area with new colorful throw rug.
  • Factory heater works well.
  • Tight steering goes straight down the road with no drifting or
    clunking.
  • New brakes with plenty of pedal, stops straight with no pulling or
    grinding.
  • New Rear Shocks for that smooth ride.
  • New Interstate Battery and Bosch Starter.
  • Original wood paneling and headliner in great condition.
  • Smooth transmission shifts easily and doesn't whine or pop-out of
    gear.
  • All electrical in good working order; Head lights high beam low beam,
turn-signals, wipers, horn, brake lights, fuel gauge, interior lights,
    and back-up lights  all work.
  • It's very amazing that just ONE KEY works the ignition and all the
door locks, you don't find that too often with a 37 year old vehicle.

As a licensed dealer, I have to sell the van miles exempt due to its age.
Yes, the new ice chest, chairs and sleeping bags are included with sale.
Whoever ends up being the lucky owner of this fine bus should have
loads of fun in the sun cruising it around town, out to the beach, or
through back country roads. Now's the time to buy, before the end of
summer and just in time to enjoy the fall, watching the leaves change
color. Remember these vans can be a great investment in your future
happiness and prosperity.  What the heck, I'm starting to sound like a
fortune teller now. If you have any questions feel free to ask, or if your
local and serious your welcome to set-up a personal viewing. I am also
open to reasonable offers on my buy it now. You're free to speak to me in
person by calling my cell 720-270-5637. You can learn more about my world
