Hello and thanks for checking out my auction. You are looking at wonderful
unrestored sunroof bus bought new and raised in California. The paint and
interior are totally original except that the front seats have been professionally
recovered to look like new . Oh yea, there's a few character dings and scratches
here and there, but hey this bus is the perfect sports and leisure cruise mobile.
Here's the cool part, I have all the service records from the day it was bought new
through now, including the original purchase order from 1979. If you look close
you'll see that the repair orders are stapled together by year up to 1998. At that
point the bus was put in storage with approximately 155,000 miles on it, now it only
has 157,155. Which means that it was only driven 2000ish miles since 1998. I
purchased the bus recently from a friend of the family and just cleaned and tuned
it up so that it runs and looks fantastic. This is basically a one owner bus which in
this day and age is getting harder and harder to find. 1979 is the last year of the
bay window buses. These buses are getting more and more valuable everyday
and having the service records will only add to its worth in years to come.
